Story and Lore

Maryn was born in an unknown miqo'te clan most probably originated in Ala Mhigo, since she was found around the fallen nation's coasts after the imperial invasion by a crew of pirates named the Bloody Daggers. They gave her a name and a home in their ship, and she grew up with a ballast for a room and masts for playgrounds.She would quickly find her knack for music and would start playing sea shanties for her crew at a young age, eventually trying her luck as a wandering bard at the age of 16. At 17 she joined the adventurer's guild, soon after the Maelstrom, and from then she would quickly scalate through ranks until she became Admiral Merlwyb's most trusted lady, her second-in-command.Maryn now spends most of her days playing music at the plaza, waiting for new orders, which more often than not involve helping out the famed Scions of the Seventh Dawn.The list of feats carried out my captain Bahr'aghnia are endless, some of the most notable include:
-Bringing the scions to Kugane in their attempt to gain allies for the Ala Mhigan resistance and fighting off ghosts and sirens during their voyage.
-Closing the nine gates of hell with the help of the sky pirate crew known as the Redbills.
-Liberating the nation of Bozja from a mechanical horror of ambiguous origins.Note that captain Bahr'aghnia is also known for exaggerating some of her own stories so take all of that with a grain of salt.
